You control your card visibility! Cards can be private (only you), shared with specific groups, or shared with your followers. You decide who sees what, and you can change visibility settings anytime.

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email. We'll send you a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours for security, so be sure to use it promptly.

Yes. Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone, so please be certain before proceeding.

In Settings → Privacy, you can control whether your full name is visible to others and whether your city/town is displayed on your profile. Your address is never shared publicly—it's only used for shipping cards to you.

Absolutely. We never store your full card details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your financial information never touches our servers.

If there's an issue with your order (damaged card, printing error, wrong address, etc.), contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@greetvine.com and we'll make it right. We stand behind our product quality.
